The purpose of education…is to create in a person the ability to look at the world for himself, to make his own decisions.

The Moore Foundation develops education scholarships for those with the greatest of needs – those who come from marginalized, under-represented and disenfranchised communities. Any age, any race or ethnic identity, any sexual or gender orientation, any religion, the only thing we require is a burning desire to better their lives through education – in a trade school, community college, or an accredited college or university.

The Moore Foundation is committed to creating educational opportunities for marginalized, disenfranchised, and under-served communities through scholarships, advocacy and program development.
